Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original packaging with all hangtags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
